Introducing the Buy Adidas Swift Run, the latest Primeknit offering from adidas Originals inspired by and modeled after 1980s running models. It may seem a bit jarring to see a modern Primeknit upper without the compliments of a full-length Boost cushioning system given just how well that combination has done for the brand over the past couple of years, but the three stripes make up for it with a Torsion midfoot and EVA midsole for added comfort. After debuting in a trendy summer-ready pink and an all-white with just the faintest three stripe branding on the side, the adidas Swift Run returns in a Grey Primeknit for a tonal option perfect for any occasion.
The Adidas Swift Run Sale silhouettes from the Originals category has received some unprecedented attention thanks to its inclusion in the Dragon Ball Z adidas collection that’s slated to drop later this year. That purple colorway represents Son Gohan and is slated to drop in September opposite Cell and the adidas Prophere, but prior to the Dragonball collaboration, the Deerupt will release in several colorways as it is expected to be one of the brand’s ubiquitous lower-priced options. It features a low-profile mesh slip-on upper with the exposed mesh netting on the midsole, with light branding on the medial side and the heel tab.
Most of the focus will be on the Adidas Swift Run Shoes Triple Black, but there's another Black Boost option heading to retailers on March 1st, 2017 in the adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged Black/White. A number of international and stateside shops will be stocking this pair featuring a marbled white and black Primeknit upper, matte black heel cage, and alternate black Boost and you can check out the full list of stores below.
The adidas Swift Run was originally introduced last summer, and for Easter Sunday, adidas Originals will be releasing two new spring-inspired colorways for men and women. Men's/Women's Adidas Swift Run Both featuring Primeknit construction, sock-like collars, subtle Three Stripe branding on the sides atop an EVA midsole and Black rubber outsoles. The women’s pair comes in Aqua and the men’s in a Purple tone.
